Spain has become the latest country to investigate Google Street View, with a judge issuing a subpoena to the company for an October 4 hearing.

Publisher Barnes & Noble is cashing in on the popularity of Apple’s devices with a Nook e-reader application for iOS terminals. Books already purchased for the Nook device can be transferred, Brighthand.com reports.
 
China Unicom has won the right to be China’s sole iPad provider, according to Caixin. Unicom will also start selling the iPhone 4 in September.
